Using Apple Widgets and sync with Notion database

Limitations
- ⚠️ Timestamps: Notion rounds timestamps to the nearest minute, which can cause slight discrepancies during simultaneous edits. To avoid conflicts, edit on only one platform at a time. After making changes in Apple Calendar or Reminders (or running the automation), wait up to 1 minute before updating Notion pages linked to recently edited events or reminders.
- Sync Window: The integration only processes pages, events, or reminders with a last_edited_date within the past 2 days. To ensure seamless syncing, run the shortcuts regularly (preferably with automation), or past events may not sync.
- Note Sync: Note Field only syncs during initial setup; subsequent updates don’t sync due to the format differences.
- URL Handling: Apple Calendar and Reminders URLs will be replaced with Notion backlinks.
- Permissions: Requires full edit access to your Notion database, calendars, and reminders.
How It Works
- Connect to Notion: Use your API Key and Database ID to link your Notion database.
- Set Up the Shortcut: Paste your API Key, Database ID, and Calendar Name into the Shortcut fields and test the setup.
- Automate Syncing: Enable periodic automation to keep everything up to date effortlessly.
